Susan McElvy

Susan McElvy, owner of Pearl’s Spa as of April 2021 has spent her career in business management and consulting. She is also the proud owner of Imagine Consulting Group and has spent time traveling around the country teaching Leadership, Team Building, and Customer Service.

As a Disney Institute graduate of their Customer Service program, she knows the joy of creating a memorable customer experience.

“I have spent my entire career teaching others about creating a wonderful customer experience, the importance of a healthy culture, and how to be a servant leader. It is three topics I am wildly passionate about! Now it is my turn to demonstrate how awesome it can be when you create a place that is all about others!”

Susan is married to Chris since 1998 and has two awesome boys Mason and Jackson. Susan is a member and volunteer at NorthStar Church, sits on the Principal’s Advisory Board for Allatoona High School, and is a member of the Acworth Business Association.
