Melina Nguyen

Melina was born in Chicago and raised in Kennesaw. She is the youngest of 4 girls.

“As long as I can remember I’ve been interested in the beauty profession. I would watch countless makeup and hair tutorials. I remember borrowing my older sister’s makeup and loved playing around with it. Growing up, I found expressing myself through cosmetics to be very empowering.”

Melina became a cosmetologist because she is very passionate about helping others feel beautiful and confident on the inside and outside. “I cannot imagine a better profession that combines both my love for helping others and making a positive impact.”

“I love being able to meet different people on a daily basis. I learn so many interesting things and I often feel like I am catching up with an old friend.” Melina enjoys traveling, kayaking, art, and music in her spare time.
